Parcel machine — choose any Omniva machine at checkout. You'll receive an SMS with the door code when your parcel arrives.

Courier — delivered to your door. The courier will call or send an SMS before arriving.

The exact cost depends on the size of your order and is shown before you confirm and pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed before 14:00 on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at weekends and on public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Parcels within Latvia normally arrive the next working day. Deliveries to Estonia and Lithuania usually take 2–3 working days.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information from Omniva once your parcel is on its way. You can also follow it at mana.omniva.lv/track.

Packaging

Teas, bath salts and candles travel in their own cartons inside a plain outer box. Candles stay in their individual cartons throughout, as they're fragile.

Returns

Changed your mind? Consumers generally have 14 days from receiving an order to withdraw from the purchase, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

Some products may not be eligible for return once sealed packaging has been opened, particularly where the product is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Different rules also apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products.
