O01 - Organic Oolong Jasmin

Rolled oolong leaves layered with green tea and jasmine, then finished with vanilla. A blend built around the softer, floral end of the oolong range.

Taste

Jasmine and vanilla over a smooth, lightly oxidised base. Floral without being perfumed, with a rounded, gently sweet finish.

Brewing

2.5 g or 1–2 teaspoons per 200 ml

Water at 80 °C

Steep 2–4 minutes

An afternoon cup

Oolong sits between green and black tea — enough body to carry the jasmine, light enough to drink through the afternoon.

Loose leaf. Net 100 g.
