HOW TO USE

Dissolve the contents of the pouch in hot running water, then add cooler water until the bath is around 36–38 °C. Soak for 20 minutes.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

About Epsom Salt

Epsom salt is a single mineral, magnesium sulfate, mined from underground deposits in Germany. It takes its name from the spring at Epsom in England, where it was first drawn from the water in the seventeenth century.
