About Spicy Temptation

Indian black tea with cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, the spices of masala chai, brightened with orange peel, apple and rose.

The tea

Assam — the tea plant's native home, along the Brahmaputra River in north-east India, where its local variety was first identified in the 1820s. It gives a malty, full-bodied cup, the classic base of English breakfast blends, and here it carries the spice.
